Wherever you are in your art learning, this class is for you! I will guide you step by step to create loose florals, butterflies and other nature bits using the Parallel Pen to “illustrate” the image.
Then with the use of water and a brush along with some watercolours we will transform these line drawings into exciting nature paintings.
Supplies:
- One or two Parallel Pens Size 3.8 and 6.0. (The pens come with an ink cartridge, I recommend you purchase a pack of assorted ink cartridges which will allow you to choose your base colour for your art.)
- Canson XL Watercolour Paper.
- Pencil.
- Some basic watercolours. Cotman or student quality are fine.
- ½” watercolour brush (Check your local Dollar store. Needs to be specifically for watercolour).
